Returns & Refunds Policy 

7-Day Return Window:

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your gift hamper must be: 

  • Unused and in its original condition. 

  • In the original packaging. 

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or discounted items. 

  • Gift cards. 

  • Health or personal care products. 

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery. 

How to Return:

Email us to start the return process. Do not send items back to the manufacturer. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return. 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped gift hampers. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Shipping times for exchanges may vary by location. 

Shipping Costs:

You cover the cost of return shipping. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Note: For valuable items, consider shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for lost returns.
